Refund policy
At Oranges & Lemons we strive to ensure all our products adhere to high quality standards and every transaction is smooth and hassle free.
To cancel an order, customers can contact us as soon as the order has been placed. If an order has already been processed it can neither be cancelled or exchanged.
It is of utmost importance to us that you receive your ordered product in perfect condition. However, if the product is damaged during transit, has genuine manufacturing defects or does not match the item in the order confirmation, please report merchandise within 24 hours of delivery please email us at oandlkids@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and picture of damaged product.
We will replace the product (if in stock) at our expense in exchange for the damaged/defective/incorrect shipment. If the same piece is not available, you can select any other product in the same price range within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
